Help Us

You can help us to achieve our aims in many different ways. We welcome donations, no matter how small.

You can donate on-line via our JustGiving account. Although JustGiving do take a small fee to cover their costs, they do collect GiftAid on our behalf, reducing the work we need to do. You can donate on-line by clicking the button below:

Please remember to Gift Aid your donation!

If you would like to donate by cheque, please make cheques payable to "HANCUK" and send to: HANCUK, PO Box 236, Droitwich, WR9 1DQ.

You can also take part in an individual or group sponsored event to raise funds for HANCUK. Our supporters take on a variety of challenges and we are extremely grateful for every penny they raise.

Dan Guichard and Simon Branchett raised over £1,000 climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowden all in one weekend in May 2020 in memory of Thomas Habgood, who lost his battle with Head & Neck Cancer in August 2017.

Bill and Rebecca Turton virtually walked the 180 mile Jurassic Way during October 2020, raising over £250.

Touch of Class, an amateur dramatic group from Lincolnshire, donated the proceeds from an event held in 2018.

If you are interested in running a fundraising event then let us know. We would be happy to provide any information or materials, such as GiftAid forms or charity information.

You can set up a personal fundraising page on JustGiving.

HANCUK have agreed to help NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) to find survivors willing to participate in the review of improvements to Head and Neck Cancer care. If you are interested in taking part in this, or in receiving information on their progress, please contact us.

HANCUK appreciates the improvements to techniques and drug choices over the years but there is much more to do. We assist and work with various bodies in Research and Development to improve the outcomes of future patients. Survivors are often required by universities, clinicians and teaching hospitals to provide a patients perspective on proposed new treatments. Contact us if you feel you can help – no medical experience required.

We are also keen to hear from Survivors of Head and Neck Cancer - particularly those who wish to share their story or wish to volunteer for some of the schemes and/or raising awareness activities that we are planning. If you may be interested in this, then please do get in touch.

As raising awareness of Head and Neck Cancer is a key priority of ours, if you are part of a healthcare organisation or group and feel that a presentation from HANCUK would be beneficial for your employees or members, or if you are in the media and are interested in helping us to share our stories with a wider audience, then please contact us by email or post.
